Our experience working with Cathy McNally was a delight from start to finish. Cathy created a customized training to help pediatric residents be better public advocates for our patients. She designed a fun and interactive media training program that helped the team learn and practice new strategies for communicating with media. The workshop was delivered in a way that got participants laughing and having fun while learning challenging new skills in a safe and comfortable environment. Cathy gave the group practical strategies for effectively delivering an effective message in media interviews.
